Invitation to Train With DiaPT

As you all know I am a Type 1 Diabetic, who also plays competetive soccer.

I have teamed up with Chris Bright, founder of The Diabetes Football Community,TDFC is a project that was created to spread awareness of Diabetics in Soccer to show them that there is opportunities and accomplishments out there that they do not have to be held back or quit because of their diagnosis.  I have been invited to travel to Portugal in September to train, interview, hangout, etc. with Portugals DiaPT United PROFESSIONAL ALL DIABETIC futsal team. 
 
With this opportunity I will be able to spread awareness of the disease and the impact it has, be living proof that Diabetics can compete at elite levels, and increase my training as well as document a ONCE IN A LIFETIME experience to be able to compete in the DiaEuro. The DiaEuro is an ALL  DIABETIC PROFESSIONAL soccer tournament over in Europe where each country puts out a Diabetic Team of 8-10 players to compete for their country. This opportunity will also allow me to spread awareness of Diabetic Soccer Players and Type 1 Diabetes around the world. 

Please help me in making this lifetime experience come true so that TDFC and myself can further the support and awareness of Diabetics in soccer. 

I will be traveling in SEPTEMBER of 2017. I am hoping to reach my goal by the end of August!
