Helping Kristen

My sister, Kristen Vollmer, was in a very bad car accident around 7pm on Saturday, March 21st. She collided with a drunk driver who spun into her lane. She is going to make it and we were very lucky she did not experience any head, neck, or internal injuries. However, she has a broken leg (femur), foot, knee, wrist, clavicle, and other various injuries. The many broken bones have required two surgeries already and she is looking at a few more surgeries in the coming week. This unfortunate event will cause her to be in the hospital and rehab for nearly a month, along with extensive rehab for numerous months afterwards. Kristen works with Enterprise rental car service and will be unable to work for quite some time due to the extent of her injuries. This fundraising campaign is to help Kristen with her bills while she is going through this rough time and unable to work to support herself.
