Helping women + midwives of Malawi

Myself and 3 other midwifery students will be travelling to Malawi, Ekwendeni in June. Here we will be working alongside the midwives and locals. This will be an amazing opportunity and obviously I would like to take as many provisions and as much desperately needed equipment with me. These women have so very little and the midwives literally have only their skilled hands to work with. So.....I plan to raise as much money as I possibly can to do this. I have already bags and bags of knitted blankets, hats and cardigans which have been lovingly knitted by a group of ladies. Any donation however small is so appreciated, it all counts and goes such a long way to helping these women and the midwives caring for them. Thanks so much, Hayley xxx
