Helping Victoria after her stroke

Donation protected
Hello my name is Laura and I am Victoria’s mum . On 23rd November 2019 Victoria had a life changing stroke aged just 5 ! With no known cause. As you can imagine our family was thrown into complete devastation. Victoria spent the next month in hospital with a period in intensive care ,battling like you wouldn’t believe. A parents worse nightmare to watch there child unable to move , or communicate or play as they would normally . Slowly Victoria started to regain some strength but was still unable to move any part of the left side of her body or eat without the use of a tube.
2 days before Christmas Victoria was allowed to come home and here she started to slowly but surely push herself to start walking again . We went over to the children’s neuro rehabilitating centre for children with brain injuries, which helped massively from January until March . When Victoria left the children’s trust she was able to reasonably walk unfortunately her left arm and hand where still not receiving the signals from her brain to enable her to use them .
As her mum I have researched everything I possibly can to help Victoria but as you can imagine childhood stroke without a cause is not well recognised. I have however found a machine that can help to stimulate her arm and hand and try to help send the signals to the brain to enable her to regain the use of her hand !
what I am asking here is if there is anything at all you could donate even just a few pounds you could help my little girl enormously to achieve all the things she wants to be able to do , the simple things in life we take for granted: opening a pen to colour in a picture , being able to use a knife and folk simultaneously, being able to dress herself . There is one lasting memory I have whilst I watched my little girl in intensive care and that was how will she ever be able to make a daisy chains with her friends, if I could get this machine to help these things happen , I would know as a parent I have done absolutely everything I possibly can to help to re normalise my daughters life .

Thank you for taking the time to read .
