Helping the homeless in our own backyard

My name is Denaja Lewis and my mothers name is Tara Adkins. We are both born and raised in Reno, NV. As you may know we are in a pandemic this year of 2020 so therefore a lot of homeless shelters have been discontinued. A lot of our homeless have moved into tents or non operating motor homes  on the side of the roads throughout our city. We are making a Go Fund Me to make care packages for our local homeless, winter is hitting us a little earlier than expected and temperatures are dropping dramatically. So we are asking you as our community to help keep our homeless warm and fed this cold winter. Our care packages may include : Blankets , water , canned food , gloves , hats , tents , sweaters , socks , thermal set , glove warmers , and masks . I will keep everyone updated and post photos of the care packages as well! Any and all donations are greatly appreciated thank you all so much.
