We are one of many families who tragically lost our beloved pets at Anastasia Acres. Our three dogs—Brutus, Hilda, and Loki, pictured above—were taken from us while under their care.

In honor of them and the 21 dogs who lost their lives, we are raising funds to support grieving families as they begin to heal. These funds will help cover adoption fees or purchase costs when families are ready to welcome a new furry companion into their lives. Some may be ready now, while others may need more time—but we want to be prepared to help whenever that moment comes.

Two wonderful rescues, Almost Home and Lucky Puppy Rescue, have generously offered to waive adoption fees for affected families. With your donations, we hope to support these organizations as well, ensuring they can continue providing this kindness.

Every dollar raised will go directly toward helping the families of the 21 dogs lost or to the rescues lending their support. Together, we can honor the memory of our beloved companions by bringing hope, healing, and love back into the lives of those who are grieving.

When the time feels right for any of the families affected to welcome another puppy or dog into your lives, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at on here or at our Email. Once contacted we will work with you to cover the cost of either the adoption fee or breeders cost for said dog. Funds will be distrubted to the families who contact us on a first come basis. We arent sure how big this will get but if you are ready please dont hesitate to reach out. We will distrubute funds through Bank transfers, Check, Venmo, Cashapp or directly to the establishment you choose to work with. We will do everything we can to help bring a little joy and healing back into your hearts.

If all funds have not been distributed to the affected families by October 1, 2026, any remaining balance will be donated to ‘Almost Home’ and ‘Lucky Puppy Rescue.'
