We’re coming together to support our dear friend and coworker, Tamecia, from Grand View Manor in Berwick, Nova Scotia.

Tamecia’s family in Jamaica has been devastated by Hurricane Melissa. Their family home — where her mom, sister, and grandmother lived — was completely destroyed in the storm. To make matters even more heartbreaking, her grandmother suffered a serious stroke just a week before the hurricane hit. Since then, the family has been trying to care for her while coping with the loss of everything they had.

Anyone who knows Tamecia knows how caring, hardworking, and full of love she is. She’s always there with a smile, ready to help others — now it’s our turn to help her.

All funds raised will go directly toward helping her family in Jamaica rebuild their home, replace essential belongings, and provide proper care for her grandmother.
