It is my honor to invite you to help our dear friend, sister, auntie, and lover of the land, Susan Raymond, as she begins to reconstruct her life after the recent loss of her husband, Rick. Rick was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer 5 years ago and died one day shy of his 61st birthday on July 17th.
Rick had a large presence and strong will, working hard to explore ways outside the convention to extend his life and beat his diagnosis. He lived longer and with a greater quality of life than most medical people predicted. However, during that time Rick was unable to work and the medical bills for treatment, care, and medications accumulated significantly.
As Susan begins to rebuild her life and move forward, please consider making a donation to help get her on more solid ground and out from under outstanding obligations and expenses. Any amount will be greatly appreciated. If you are unable to help financially, love sent her way is always welcome.
