Helping our Elders Ayudando a los Mayores
Hello everyone!
For about two years me and my family have seen Cruz Gamboa (pictured) look for cans and any metal objects in trash cans and alleys. We have helped him several times but of course we cannot give him as much as we would like. After learning that he is 83 years old and tremendously struggling to help his wife which is currently undergoing treatments of dialysis, me and my family have decided to start a gofund me for him so that he can have a bit of financial stability. He is the only one that works and receives 0 money from the government and specially with the circumstances that surround this pandemic we are trying to help him and his wife as much as possible. He is an honest man and deserves to be safe and stable during his elderly years. Anything that you can give would be greatly appreciated and of course all money gathered from this will go to him and his wife. Thank you!

Durante aproximadamente dos años, mi familia y yo hemos visto a Cruz Gamboa (en la foto) buscar latas y cualquier objeto metálico en los botes de basura y en los callejones. Lo hemos ayudado varias veces pero, por supuesto, no podemos darle tanto como nos gustaría. Después de enterarme de que tiene 83 años y está luchando tremendamente para ayudar a su esposa, que actualmente se somete a tratamientos de diálisis, mi familia y yo hemos decidido comenzar un gofundme para él para que pueda tener un poco de estabilidad financiera. Él es el único que trabaja y recibe 0 dinero del gobierno y especialmente con las circunstancias que rodean esta pandemia estamos tratando de ayudarlo a él y a su esposa tanto como sea posible. Es un hombre honesto y merece estar seguro y estable durante su vejez.
