In Loving Memory of India Victoria Oudie

India Victoria Oudie passed away peacefully at 2:56 PM on April 4, 2025, at just 22 months old, due to complications from an accidental drowning that occurred the day before, on April 3.

She leaves behind a heartbroken family: her father, Rudy Oudie (18), and mother, Angela Tardy (19); paternal grandparents Jackie Lugo and Rudy Oudie III; maternal grandfather Michael Tardy; maternal aunt Michelle Tardy; paternal uncles Liam Hernandez (7) and Gabriel Cantu (19). Paternal Great Grandparents John Elmore & Micaela Elmore. She is a name sake of her late grandmother Victoria Tardie.

India was a radiant light—full of joy, laughter, and sweetness. She rarely cried and brought endless happiness to everyone she met. Though her time here was short, the love she gave and the beauty she brought into the world will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew her.

Her family is devastated and still trying to comprehend this unimaginable loss. They are committed to honoring India's memory and the joy she brought into their lives.
