Helping Jess with financial support

I am starting this GoFundMe page for my amazing friend/Mom Jess to help her financially while she is out of work. I wish I was typing this with better news but, unfortunately I can't.

On September 17th Jessica took her 15 year-old Logan to St. Luke's because he was not feeling well and she was concerned. She asked for blood sugars to be checked and the hospital DID NOT see a concern though diabetes runs in his family and sent him home with nausea medicine.

On Sunday September 18th. Jess took Logan back to St Luke's and his blood sugars were over 600 and developed Diabetic Ketoacidosis, he was rushed to Boston Children's Hospital and his blood sugars then were over 2,000. 15x the normal.

He is now on life support with so many machines trying to keep him alive. He has an amazing team of nurses and doctors. We still don't know what the future brings for Logan at this time.

Jess will be out of work for a long time. Jess has always been so thoughtful of others and helps when she can without question!! She is such a sweet person, and loving mom and the burden of not being able to pay her bills and the thought of her losing her only child, i'm sure is very overwhelming and weighing very heavy on her. While she continuously has been in Boston by her son Logan's side, not knowing what the outcome will be of Logan's life. If he does pull through Jessica will not be able to work and will become his main caretaker. As grim as it sounds, and as much of a reality it could be, she knows he may not survive and with that comes funeral expenses. She just does not have!!

As her friend and as voice to speak up for the both of them, I am asking you to donate to help Jess out!! Anything will help
