Helping immigrant families eat during this chaos

**update: we have 16 families that have received groceries and goodies for their children. We have a around 6 more families that reached out yesterday who are also in need of some groceries. We have used up $1,800 last weekend getting everyone groceries, diapers, baby food and baby wipes We will keep raising money and keeping all of you updated. Please keep sharing, and letting people know that we are helping others. There have been pictures and videos posted all over social media of all we’ve been able to contribute. Thank you again for all of your help! Hey guys... During this really difficult situation, for all of us, we have learned that there are many families that are struggling. Not only to pay rent, but to put food on the table for their kids. I know everything is tight. I know we are all scared. But I want you also to think of those illegal immigrants who can’t go claim their unemployment checks. Those who literally have nobody looking out for them. I am looking to raise funds to buy food for these families. I won’t display their names, but I can show you all what these contributions will get them. I know it’s a lot to ask at the moment. But we all need to put ourselves in their shoes. There’s people losing those they love, their jobs, heads of families in hospitals actively dying. People going hungry and in constant fear. This is not easy. Not for any of us. We need to unite and protect those most vulnerable. It is our duty as human beings. We are all one race. No economics, no color, legal status, or language should differentiate us. Thank you for your help! Hola amigos! Durante este momento que nos trae inestabilidad y preocupación, a todos, nos hemos dado cuenta de varias familias que están sufriendo. No solamente por no poder tener el dinero para pagar sus rentas, pero también por no tener cómo conseguir comida. Lo más triste es que como son indocumentados no tienen como ir a reclamar una ayuda o un cheque de unemployment. Yo se que esto nos afecta a todos, y que nos sentimos un poco apretados por la situación. Pero les pido que se pongan en los zapatos de estas personas que la tienen mucho más difícil que nosotros. No compartiré los nombres de estas familias pero si les puedo mostrar lo que se comprara con el dinero que me ayuden a recoger. No importa lo poco que puedas dar, la más mínima ayuda va hacer un cambio en la vida de otros!
