Helping homeless vets in Kansas City

Tax deductible
Hey everyone, I am Chris Landis and I am starting a go fund me for the veterans community project. Being a veteran myself I know how difficult it is to transition from military life to civilian life. Unfortunately there are some less fortunate veterans who don’t have the lifestyle they once had. With that being said.

I am starting this go fund me in hopes of bringing awareness to the less fortunate veterans in our community. The veterans community projects builds “tiny homes” for homeless vets to help them get on there feet and get back into the world. December 22nd there will be a 22 mile walk (11 miles both ways) from Belton to Kansas City, to visit the veterans living there currently.

I would like to raise $3,000 to donate to the community project. $100 will provide a roof for a tiny home. $50 will pay for the utilities for one of those homes. $25 pays for a homeless veteran to have a bed. $10 provides kitchen appliances for a tiny home. $5 provides a free bus pass for the vets to get to where they are going. If nothing $1 would help them in someway. The money will be donated after the 22 mile walk. Thank you all in advance and please share with friends and family. Let’s take care of the veterans like they should be.
