Help his family breathe easier

This is my Grandson! He is a kindergartener who lives in Colorado and loves to do many things. He is talkative, loving, and kind as they come. Over the past few years, he has experienced a myriad of breathing issues that have been cared for by his doctors, specialists, and (expensive) testing. He takes it in stride. I am reaching out because things have worsened lately and his medical bills are becoming a HUGE HUGE HUGE financial burden for his Mom and Dad. He contracted Covid19 (Omicron) in the Fall of 2020 and spent time at the hospital's ED. He went to the ED by ambulance after he stopped breathing due to croup a few months later. Last week he spiked an uncontrollable fever of over 105 and had a very high respiration rate that medicine would not help bring down. He spent a week at the hospital with an acute case of RSV, collapsed lungs, and Pneumonia. He was in pretty tough shape for days and then slowly improved. We are all grateful for the amazing care he received during his stay. He is doing better now and is starting his at-home recovery, but the bills are already arriving.
