Helping Grandma Rebuild

My name is Brittany Hoskins and I am from Miami, Florida, but my family is from Ventura, California and have been hit bad by the fires that have spread through out South California. I am trying to raise money for my grandma who lives in Ventura, Califoria. She lost everything. I am hoping to raise enough money to get her back on her feet. The money will go to new housing, clothing, funriture and other necessities.
At 11pm PST on 12/4/17, my grandmother was told to immediately evacuate her apartment complex in Ventura, California. The power was out so she grabbed a small flashlight in order to find a change of clothes and her medicine. She didn't have time to grab anything else. She rushed to her car and left to my uncle’s house. He lives a few miles down the road. Within ten minutes of getting to my uncle’s house, her apartment complex caught fire. The whole complex was completely destroyed and she lost everything. The fire happened so fast with no time to gather valubale things or even clothing.
My grandmother is not that financially stable and will not be able to replace anything without help. She will stay with my uncle until she is able to afford and find a place to live. She has no clothes, furniture or appliances. She will have to pay to replace everything she lost in the fire so any money I can raise will help her tremendously.
The fire is still continuing to burn and is spreading fast. As of now my uncle's house is safe, but that could change at this point, its just a waiting game.
My grandma means so much to me and has always tried to help me out in many ways, especially when I was younger, so the success of this fundraiser means a lot to me. I want to be able to help her start a new life after such a terrible event. A fire can never be expected and causes so much destruction. I know she is grateful to be alive, but devastated for all that was lost. She lost many things that will never be able to be replaced but if I can help her replace the things that can I know she will grately appreciate it.
