In 2019, Zaria Chatman and DJ Cotton organized a charity basketball game which raised over $1,000 to help a children’s daycare in the Roseland Community. In 2020, we were planning to honor our late friend Cordy Coleman with a charity game to bring light to gun violence in Chicago. With this game, our goal was to also provide scholarship money for two special scholars of Gwendolyn Brooks College Prep. Due to the unforeseen circumstances (COVID19), we have postponed the game but we still would like to bring light to Chicago this year. Chicago has given so much to us and it’s time that we give back AGAIN ! Chicago is home to millions and unfortunately we have a large amount of homeless individuals who are suffering during this global pandemic. With this fundraiser, we plan to provide meals to over 100 homeless individuals across the Chicagoland area. With your help, we want to make a difference in the City that has given us so much. Thankyou!
