Help with little Steve's hospital bill

On Wednesday November 16th, Steve was attacked by another animal (most likely a coyote) and sustained severe injuries including torn muscles in his abdomen leading to a hernia and a shredded spleen. He was rushed to an emergency vet that night and recieved emergency surgery and was held for three nights in the animal ICU. Incredibly, Steve is now home and recovering well but unfortunately his pet insurance does not kick in till December 2nd and will not cover the cost of the hospital bill which amounted to $8,500.

This has caused an immense financial strain, any help would be greatly appreciated. We are so glad little Steve survived the ordeal and is recovering at home now. Thank you so much ❤️
