Help Vlad Support Ukrainian Refugees

Vlad Temchenko is a long-time Boise resident who was born and raised in Ukraine. He's a father of two kids and very active in the Boise community, but with the start of the war, he decided to return to an area just outside the Ukrainian border to support the many refugees fleeing the war.
