HELP VERNA & PAULINE (hollins road house)

As many are aware. Just recently for the second time , this house was struck by another (unconfirmed ) speeding car. (The third time since sept 2019) however the second time parked cars protected the house.
We are unaware of any facts as of yet regarding the car but what we can see is the same house as last year ( sept 2019) has been damaged again.
In this house an 82 year old lady pauline, lives with her daughter verna and their 2 dogs.
Just 2 weeks before Xmas, they are now sleeping at their sisters home , ON THE SOFA, as the council have not deemed them homeless and they are unable to stay in a travelodge due to the dogs.
Yes thats right an 82 year old lady who has worked all her life , is now sleeping in a sofa !!!
The night in question, Verna was rushed into hospital, becoming quite unwell, and Pauline , her mum was inside the house with their 2 dogs when this incident took place. Having to relive the horror must have been awful!
Pauline owns her home , and does have insurance but this will take MONTHS like last time.
I have spoken to Verna who is ok with me doing this, and im just hoping that everyone can dig deep to help with any expenses they may incur, or even just to give Verna, Pauline and the rest of the family a lovely Christmas/ New year. 100 % of these proceeds will go directly to verna & Pauline ( once gp fund me take their cut) and I do have permission to do this.
Ive had a lot of inboxes regarding the council and I will look into this as this obviously needs addressing and sorting by our council.
I have also npw been informed that next door have had to move out as their house is now unsafe and yhe Road outside has now been closed next to the house due to the vibrations
