That's the reality our children faced when a malicious act of arson tore through our orphanage after an unidentified person threw a Molotov Cocktail in it. But amidst the destruction, hope remains alive, and we turn to our compassionate community for help.

We are POWER, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering orphans and widows through education and resources. Based in Athens, Georgia we extend our reach to Nigeria, where we support two schools and an orphanage, along with aiding widows both locally and internationally. Over the years, we've worked tirelessly to provide a safe haven for vulnerable children, but the recent fire has shattered the progress we've made. Our orphanage, once a beacon of hope, now lies in ruins. The flames consumed not only the physical structure but also the dreams and belongings of our beloved children.
