FLOOD VICTIM SUPRISE MAKEOVERS - We are coming back families 
Rebuilding 4 Families to start 

Our community , Our Florist Business and PGB Transport went above and beyond to help flood victims in Logan and New South Wales recover over the weekend

 

We collected food, water, new packets of children’s underwear,socks, toiletries, face wipes, deodorant, towels, pencils, colouring books, nappies, fuel cards, camper cookers, gum boots, buckets and medical supplies from locals to help out Humans in need.

 

On Friday, our staff members loaded two cars , trailers and a 5 Tonne Truck before delivering the items to Wardell , Broadwater , Woodburn , Cooraki & Lismore

 

What we witnessed was both devastating and humble at the same time. We reached out to multiple social media platforms to find towns and families in need. Although we wanted to get the donations directly to those who needed them, no one wanted to donate and wait for years for it to get to them. So our job was to get it done and connect with people with boots on the ground.

 

Every town we went to was beyond belief, and every person we met had their own stories of survival and loss. Stories we could not fathom, and you will read their stories to come.

 

Not one person was worse off than another, and they all had hearts of gold. We saw so much heartache in their faces, yet their spirits were resilient and so strong. We hugged, We cried, We washed people's muddy feet then dressed them in new socks and boots, We cleaned wounds, We comforted Children, We joined forces with those already helping, We cooked free food and handed out drinks, We stopped and made sure people were ok .. And we Hugged .. We hugged them for as long as they needed it.

 

We met some fantastic families we have decided to adopt; they have nothing, absolutely nothing, no insurance and nothing left but their souls and even now, they would still give you the shirt off their back if you need it.

 

So we are going back, we are starting with these families, and we are going to rebuild their lives by rebuilding their homes .. we plan to head back in around six weeks before they move in, and we are making it over !!! We cant do this alone, and every dollar will count .. Don't send it where they will never see it, Donate here and follow our story; it won't take much, but we will give it everything we got to make them at home once again.
