Help us during this time of need

My fiancé has been diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer. So our income has been completely cut in half.  We have fallen behind on bills a little and we are playing catch up. We had to sell our truck for money and are now riding the bus. We have 3 small children 2 school aged and one that is 2.
