Help Ukrainians affected by the current war

My name is Regina Rainskaya - a yoga teacher and artist from Ukraine. I had moved to Spain one day before the WAR started on Feb 24. I am safe because I have a husband Erik Ossell who lives in Spain. But many people from Ukraine still need our help.

We have already gathered some amount of money here (through this website) and had already helped many people. I published some photos and told the stories about our charity work. In the beginning, the situation with the war was terrifying. Nobody didn't know what to do and where to run. We acted impulsively and chaotically. Many people were desperate.

Right now the situation in Ukraine is more clear but it is still dangerous as before. You never know how will be with your family. friends, co-workers, citizens tomorrow. Bombs explode unpredictably in different cities.

Very often I have a got a messages from different people who need help with accommodations, medical care, and food. Some of them are in Ukraine, and some of them are stuck in other countries without any government support.

Who needs help right now:

1. Refugees in Europe that didn't get government support. For example, if you have trouble with your teeth in Europe it is a big problem. Because dentistry is very expansive here and you just have to spend your last saving and starve.

2. Currently, one charity organization in Ukraine (Ivano-Freankivsk) is building special accommodations for refugees. They have already done some work and can accept some people and still, they constantly need donations and help.

3. Children and old people in Ukraine who had been left without support during the war. The charity organizations that care about them need constant help.

4. Animals in Ukraine. You know that many animals and pets were left on the road since the war started. Right now some of my friends help them. They organize shelters and provide them with food. They constantly made posts on social media about their work and ask our help.

So many creatures need our awareness everywhere. Many humans, animals, plants, and even our planet Earth constantly needs our help and care. We can't save the World. But we can change ourselves. We can open our hearts. Just do small steps toward help for somebody every day. And one day all the world will become full of compassion and Love.
