Help to take care of bills during maternity leave

I'm trying to raise money because I'm 7 months pregnant and I'm the only person in my house with a job and I'm taking care of a family of 6. I need help with getting things for my new born and also with bills since I will be out of work for 2 months. I calculated up 2 months worth of bills and set my goal for $3000. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I also made a registry if anyone would like to help there also. Thanks so much for everything. Please know that I'm extremely greatly for any help that I receive.
