Help for a family that lost rent money at an ATM

My name is Elena. I am a happy mom of two beautiful kids and a happy wife. My husband and I work very hard to raise our little angels Tyson and Alicia. But some time ago I tried to withdraw money to pay our rent from a Bank of America ATM and what I believe is that the ATM malfunctioned and did not dispense the money right away. However some time passed and the money eventually went to the next person that was behind me. I hoped for justice from BofA management but we received  a hard time and headache. We still can not dig ourselves out of this debt and hope for any support to help us get back on track. Please and Thank You
