Help Thor Get the Dental Care He Deserves

I took Thor to urgent care at the end of November, where I was informed that he would need dental surgery and that most of his upper teeth would need to come out. I had already raised concerns about Thor’s dental health with his previous vet, who assured me everything was fine. We had been seeing that vet for five years, and dental care was shrugged off every time I brought it up. Needless to say, I was upset after the urgent care visit and felt absolutely terrible for my boy.

Over the last few months, I’ve been dealing with a lot of personal challenges while also trying to pay off debt and raise funds for Thor’s surgery.

Today, Thor had his consultation at a new vet, Suburban Animal Clinic in Centerville, and they were super sweet and gentle with him. The updated estimate for his dental surgery is about $1,300, though it could be more once they get in there. His urgent care visit back In November was $450. Today’s visit was $500, I’ve updated the GoFundMe to reflect this.
