Help this sweet grandma recoup scammed money

I’m creating this to hopefully try and recoup any money that was taken away from this amazing, caring grandmother. My sweet neighbor was recently scammed by a “Microsoft” representative. She’s elderly and trusting and believed they were helping her with getting her computer working, instead the convinced her to buy gift cards and transfer money with the promise of getting a stipend from COVID for being elderly and on a fixed income. She would give the shirt off of her back to anyone that needed it.  When all was said and done the was out almost $13,000 and PSECU says there’s nothing they can do to help because of how the scammers had the money transferred to them. Every dollar donated will be presented to her and truly every dollar helps. The police have said the scammers are getting better at the scams so please I form any elderly family or friends do not to fall for it!!!
