The Sarasota Succulent Society is a 100% volunteer run non-profit founded in 1950 dedicated to the study of succulents and education in the community.
Our garden is a free local favorite with the "old Florida" feel with out lovely volunteers maintaining the grounds, garden plots, and display/sale houses.

Sarasota Succulent Society garden has again been burglarized. Individuals broke into the display and sale houses destroying structures, stealing countless plants while also targeting our beautiful specimens on display in our garden plots. Please help us rebuild a safer and stronger plant environment so we can continue to share with all of you in the community.
