Help the Salam Family Travel to Sacremento

I’m writing to ask for your support in raising funds for airfare so that the Salam family, a young Afgh@n family that has received humanitarian parole, can travel from Pakistan to the United States. The family includes Ellaha, who taught at a girls’ school, her husband Ajmal, who worked for a German news outlet, and their 6-year-old son Rezwan.

The Salams have completed the dangerous journey to Pakistan, where they will undergo medical exams and complete an interview with the US embassy, after which they will have 30 days to travel to the US. The Salams will be welcomed by family members living in Sacramento, but they need our help paying for airfare from Pakistan to California.
