Help the Loisel Family with Medical Expenses

The Loisel family is going through a very difficult time with their son, Emmett. Currently they are all down at Children’s Hospital.

Emmett was sent to children’s hospital, Friday December 6th after having complications with pneumonia.

On December 7th Doctors believe he has a rare, but treatable condition called RIME. Part of the treatment is having a surgery to place a protective membrane over the cornea of both eyes to protect from the infection. Once everything has been treated, he will need another surgery to have them removed.

Emmett is obviously very nervous and scared about the surgeries, as would any kid and most adults.

Funds raised is going to help them with their upcoming additional expenses of being away from home, lost work time and taking care of Emmett.

I know it’s a hard time of year, but I also know what great people the Loisel Family are, what they mean to my family, myself and the Brainerd community.
