Help the kids my niece left behind

My oldest niece Savanna P Scott was killed in a tragic car accident and left for dead by the side of the road by her own God sister. Her God sister was the driver and fled the scene without calling anyone for help.
Savanna was my sisters oldest child of 7 and watching her bare this pain is horrible. What makes the situation worse is Savanna leaves behind not only 4 younger brothers and 2 younger sisters but she also leaves behind 3 young children of her own. Serenity 7, Cortez 5, and Xai'air 1. My sister now doesn't only have to live with the fact Savanna is gone but she now has 9 kids total to support.
There was a previous go fund me page that was created by a friend of Savanna's but we just found out that money is not going to be given to my sister to support the kids so she is in desperate need of help. Anything you can do will be appreciated more than you know.
Everything just got worse. The biological father who has never been a caregiver or supported these children took advantage of my niece being gone and brought the police to my sisters and ripped the children out of the only home they have ever known. My sister needs our help more than ever now to get these kids back where they belong. Savanna would have never wanted him to take these kids and have sole custody especially since they have never lived or of my sisters house or away from her care. We are fighting and we will get them back. He can see his kids but taking them out of where they know 4 days after seeing their mom in a casket is cruel to them and the family.
