We The Dixon’s  Are Looking To Our Family & Friends As A Last Result During This Unimaginable Time. We Went Through The Process Of  Selling Our Current Home & Purchasing A New One With The Hopes Of  Using The Money As A Down Payment From The Sell.

The Day We Went To Sell Our Lenders Asked For More Then We Imagined (After Not Having Contact For Weeks) & After Already Legally Signing The Paperwork To the Buyer We Are Left WithNo Money For A Down Payment For The New Home We’ve Been Patiently Waiting To Purchase, No Home To Move To For Our Family Including Our 5 Year Old & Devastating News. 

Our Realtor & Lender Have Done Everything Possible To Make It Work BUT Without Some DownPayment We Have Struck Out. We Have NEVER Had To Ask For A Hand Out Until Now. A Home For My Child Means No Embarrassment To Me At This Point. We Are Simply Asking For The Amount Needed Not A Cent More.
