Help the Cushards please

Hi my name is Jamie Cushard! I'm a stay at home mom of 4 beautiful children! I really hate to even do this but i really don't have any options. We have worked very hard to have a nice life but after last year when we had our last child we have been trying to catch up. I was in the hospital for a month on bed rest & our daughter came early. We don't have anyone to help us so my husband had to stay home. Since then we have tried to catch up but as soon as things start to get better something else happens like my husband hurting his hand & he is a carpenter so he missed 2 weeks of work the twice our car went in the shop. Then the pandemic happen. My husband works 7 days a week but we can't keep up & our kids our 7 & under so i have to stay at home with them & take them to & from school. We are unable to get alone & no family to ask for help but we need to catch up with my car payment & our mortgage or we will loose them & its getting to the point of no options & my husband is full of pride & never quits i would love to see him not as stressed as he is its to the point i hope he doesn't have an heart attack he has had time where its hard fir him to breath because he is so stress. So again i really hate to ask we are ppl who don't ask for handouts & always figure it out but this time everything is closing around us. So any help would be so appreciated!
