Support for the Cabreras and Baby Nayeli
An Early arrival!
Brie and Estuardo welcomed their daughter, Nayeli Mae Cabrera, on Thursday, December 10, 2020 - 15 weeks early.

Nayeli will need to stay in the NICU for at least 12-15 more weeks with her parents making frequent trips back and forth to visit her.

An Overwhelming Situation
As Brie and Estuardo navigate this complicated and stressful situation, finding the time and energy to run errands, grocery shop, cook, etc. will be difficult. It will be important for the Cabreras to minimize their risk of exposure to Covid-19 so they can keep their daughter safe. They will need to take more time off of work than they originally planned and medical care costs will add up.
A Way to Help
We don’t want Brie and Estuardo to have to worry about anything extra during this time. Arrangements have been made for weekly supply drops at the Cabrera house. The funds raised here will go toward the food and supplies they’ll need as well as medical expenses, hospital parking, gas and other costs that come along with caring for a newborn in the NICU.

Una Llegada Temprana!
Brie y Estuardo le dieron la bienvenida a su hija, Nayeli Mae Cabrera, el jueves 10 de diciembre, 2020 – quince semanas antes de lo esperado.

Nayeli necesitará quedarse en la UCIN por lo menos 12-15 semanas mientras sus padres hacen viajes frecuentes para visitarla.

Una Situación Abrumadora
Mientras Brie y Estuardo navegan por esta situación complicada y estresante, será difícil encontrar el tiempo y la energía para hacer los mandados, comprar la comida, cocinar, etc. Para proteger a su hija, será importante minimizar el riesgo de exposición a Covid-19. Tendrán que perderse más trabajo del que planearon y los gastos del medico se acumularán.
Una Manera de Ayudar
No queremos que Brie y Estuardo se preocupen por nada extra durante este tiempo. Se han hecho arreglos para entregas semanales de suministros a su casa. Los fondos recaudados aquí se destinarán a los alimentos y suministros que necesitarán, así como a los gastos médicos, estacionamiento hospitalario, gas y otros costos de cuidar de un recién nacido en la UCIN.
