Help The Anchor & Salt House Family

It’s no new story but all restaurant industry people are hurting.  I didn’t want to resort to this because we tried to make sure everyone was was as prepared as they could be for this but we never expected it to go for this long.  I’ve been with this group now for about 6 years now and have been running these two restaurants for about a year.  

The many employees at both places have become like family and now I’m beginning to worry about them.  With all the restaurants in our group shut down and with the EDD being overwhelmed these people have nothing coming in at all. I just talked to one of my cooks yesterday and he is starting to get very worried about how he’s going to get by.  

It’s heartbreaking to have to see all of them go through this. They have all dedicated so much of themselves to the restaurants. I can only do so much personally to help them out and that’s why I’m reaching out to the Salt and Anchor friends for their support.  Many of these people have no family out here, so I ask that anyone who can help out, please do. Thanks and hope to see everyone back at the restaurants sooner than later.
