Help Tanya Fight Stage 4 Uterine Cancer

My wife tanya was recently diagnosed with a stage 4 uterine cancer that has spread to both of her lungs and spots on her bones. In early September, she began having some abdominal pain for a few days that led her to make a appointment. Via ultrasound, the doctor saw nothing and sent her straight to the emergency room for pain thinking it may be kidney stones. After a few hours the doctor told her what the ct scan showed and immediately set up appointments with two separate oncologists for biopsies. Since then it has been a whirlwind to get her official diagnoses as her biopsies were sent off to the university of maryland because of the complexities. She has lieomyosarcoma which is considered rare and aggressive in nature. Tanya will be under the care of a team of doctors and sarcoma specialist from the surrounding area as she starts chemotherapy in hopes of getting to the point where surgery is possible. Tanya is one of the strongest people I have ever met, and it's quite the fight she has ahead of her. She has young grandchildren she is eager to continue to watch grow.
