Supporting the Gadberry Family Fighting Cancer
Spende geschützt
Hi, My name is Alexis. I am Tyler Gadberry’s wife. We have two beautiful children together. Our sweet son named Malakai (3yrs old) and our lovely daughter named Violet (1yr old).
Heartbreakingly, Tyler was diagnosed with Stage 4 terminal rectal cancer. It has spread to his liver (metastasized) enlarging it about 5 times it’s normal size. The cancer has even made it into his bloodstream..
Chemotherapy and treatment has helped decrease the amount of tumors, so we are hopeful that we can beat this enough to where Tyler can watch our children grow. They gave him a 3 month time frame to live his life, unless we start intensive chemotherapy immediately to buy some time for him and make it a possibility to operate on his rectum and liver eventually. We hold onto faith in the chance of him being able to receive surgery in his future. It sadly isn’t an option yet.
If we can’t beat the cancer cells fast enough to get them out of his bloodstream, he won’t be able to get a new Liver, as the cancer would just consume that one as well..
We are taking this all day by day, treatment by treatment, and are managing his pain the best we can.
Tyler has been our family’s provider for 3 years, blessing me with the opportunity to be a stay at home mother and wife as we both wished for; He blessed me with these amazing babies and has always worked so hard to make sure we are well taken care of. He blessed my life with his spirit, and his love.
Tyler is a man who spends every waking moment with his children and I when he is home, but now he is out of work and we will have no home by October 27th, 2021, due to our landlords family taking ownership of the property and selling it. Leaving us out of work, and out of a home for us and our young children. So untiI I find a way to work from home, while providing childcare, all while being Tyler’s primary caregiver, we are kindly asking for donations to help us get into an affordable home and/or apt.,trailer to rent.
The donations will be strictly for housing, Tyler’s needs, medical bills, our children’s needs, paying rent and for us to pay our bills / utilities once we find a place to stay.
We have faith. We will fight. And I will do everything I can to help the love of my life and father of our children; so that we can make it though this. Together.
As hard as it is to ask for help, it takes a village to raise children and these children deserve their daddy. They deserve a home.
Tyler has the biggest heart of anyone I have ever known, and he loves our kids
and I so much. All I want in life right now is for him to be able to watch them grow up. I want him to be able to play guitar, skate, sing and do the things he loves again. I want to take away all of his pain, and give him his life back. So we continue praying
We will NOT GIVE UP THIS FIGHT TO CANCER.
Any help, any amount of donation is more appreciated than words can even describe. Thank you for taking the time to read our story.
-God Bless & positive vibes always

Update: Monday, MAY 23rd 2022:
Rest In Peace, Tyler Zane Gadberry.
You are so missed, loved & cherished.
Tyler passed on his 32nd Birthday, May 7th 2022.
Thank you for all of your kindness and condolences during my family’s time of grieving. Losing Tyler was not what we expected, we fought so hard, and we have to remember that he isn’t in any pain anymore. That is what gets me through each day, with both of our beautiful children.
Donations are sincerely appreciated, as I am currently unemployed with two small children, and am struggling with mental health disorders while trying to pay my rent and utilities.
Thank you so very much.
