My name is Clarissa, Jazlyns cousin. With the heaviest heart I write this. Yesterday morning I received the most unexpected phone call, stating that my baby cousin had passed away. The night before last she had a seizure and suffocated in her sleep. Jazlyn was 23 years old. She was a loved daughter, sister, fiance, friend, but most importantly a mom. Jazlyn loved her babies, and would do anything for them. Jacob is 2 years old and emelia is 6 months old. Nothing will ever take the pain away that my family is feeling right now, however we can use help with some of the financial stress that comes with still providing for a family while planning a funeral.
