Help Support Our Wartime Heroes in Ukraine

As the war in Ukraine wages on, I remain in close contact with my family in Lviv, Ukraine. While they had and still have the opportunity to flee the country, they remain steadfast in the place they call home. While it’s hard to accept the unprovoked invasion, bloodshed and destruction, it’s also inspiring to witness displays of courage and solidarity by the Ukrainian people. My family has wholly committed their time, resources, and Lviv home to helping their fellow Ukrainians flee the warzone and escape to safety. Specifically, they continue to host people, cooking for them and providing shelter as they move westward out of Ukraine. My cousin procures auto parts from Poland and Ukraine, restores scrapped cars to working conditions, and sends them East to help with military logistics in fighting zones. While their efforts are heroic, my family relies on their resources and minimal outside support. On their behalf, I have set up this fundraiser to help channel funds into their ongoing rescue and relief efforts.
