Help Support family of 9 after a tragic motorcycle accident!
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Felisha. I am mom to 7 kiddos and partner to Tim. Tim is an amazing partner, father, and person. He is the sole provider for our family of 9. On Friday, 6-6-2025, he was in a bad motorcycle accident. He was coming down Dort Hwy by Walmart. His light was green. A lady decided to turn left on a red light. Instead of continuing to drive, she stopped right in his lane. This left him with two choices. He could either run right into her or go up over the curb. Going over a curb that size at 60 mph on a motorcycle is a horrible situation. He flew up and over his bike. He landed on his head and shoulders. He has hydrocephalus with a shunt in his head. Landing on his head is so scary. Thankfully, his helmet protected his shunt. His shoulder was not so lucky. He broke his shoulder, clavicle, and collarbone. One doctor said he would need surgery and one said he wouldn’t. We will find out more when he sees the ortho surgeon this week. I will continue to update here and let you all know how things are going.
Now the reason we need help is because he is the sole provider for our family of 9. He isn’t able to do his job until he is healed. If he has surgery, that will take around 6 months to heal. If he doesn’t, it should take a few months. Either way, we will be without an income for several months. I door dash when I am able to. However, he isn’t able to take care of our twin two-year-olds by himself. He can’t lift anything nor change their diapers. I hate asking for help, but my family is more important than my pride. Not being able to provide for our family is going to be harder on him than healing his broken bones. The four youngest kids are his biologically. The three oldest are not. He’s stepped up and been a great dad to them. He considers them his. We have all 7 kids 24/7. Speaking of kids, let me introduce you to the kiddos you will be helping.
Bella is 15. She has a big heart with a great sense of humor. She loves lamps, jellyfish, skateboarding, her friends, and sarcasm.
Connor is 13. He is still figuring out who he wants to be. He is such a wonderful big brother. He has the biggest heart. He loves basketball, working out, walking in the woods, and organizing things. He looks like a male version of me lol.
Camden is 11. He was born with Tetralogy of Fallot. One of the things wrong with his heart was he had a hole in it. He had open-heart surgery at 2 months old. He is my miracle baby. He is going to need a stent put into his heart relatively soon. He loves soccer, Xbox, and riding his moped.
Mila is 7. She is a very sensitive, curious, smart, and independent young lady. She would live outside if she was allowed to. She was bullied horribly in kindergarten. It dampened her shine. We have been working on building her self-esteem back up. She loves anything outside, playing with makeup, her scooter, and Roblox. ☀️
Amaya is 5. She is the sweetest little girl. She would give you her last of anything. She has a big imagination and tells the BEST stories. We think she is on the spectrum and are in the process of getting her evaluated. She loves the color yellow, Roblox, sprunki, cooking, and miniature kitchens.
Joslyn is 2. She is Jack's twin. She is very sensitive. She loves hugs, kisses, and cuddles. She wants to do everything her older sisters are doing. Her imagination is growing, so she has a lot of fears right now. She is the first person to offer to help.
Jack is 2. He is mostly nonverbal autistic. He has said a couple of words but doesn’t use them often. He loves leaving lines of his toys all over the house. He loves his ABC puzzles. He is extremely smart. He is the happiest toddler. He loves to be outside.
A little about me: I live for my family. I love to cook and clean. Making our house a home is my world. Taking care of Tim and the kids is my job. I love our big family with every fiber of my being. I hate seeing Tim in so much pain. Worse than the physical pain is the mental pain he is going through right now. We have gone through so much together that I am positive we will make it out of this. We simply need a little bit of help this time. Thank you for taking the time to read about my family. For all of you that donate, you will never know how much that means to us. I will continue to update this post regularly. I hope for health, happiness, and love for you and yours!
