Sol has been a beloved part of our family for three years, ever since we found him without an owner and welcomed him into our home. He quickly turned us into cat people, bringing joy and companionship to our lives every day. Sol’s gentle nature and playful spirit have made him a cherished member of our family, and we can’t imagine our lives without him.

Recently, Sol became very ill—he stopped eating, drinking, and using the bathroom, and became limp and unresponsive. We rushed him to the emergency vet, where they discovered a blockage that was preventing him from urinating. The veterinary team had to place a urine catheter and work to remove the blockage, and now Sol needs to be monitored for two days to ensure he doesn’t relapse. The cost of this emergency care is overwhelming, and Sol will also need prescription food and ongoing support to recover fully.
