Help Sohayla Rebuild & Keep Moving Forward

Hi, my name is Sohayla Leslie. Reaching out like this is one of the hardest things I’ve had to do, but I’ve come to a point where I’m asking for help from my community.

Lately, life has been throwing one challenge after another our way. Our vehicle is currently out of commission due to major transmission issues, and we’ve been struggling to stay current on rent. It feels like every time we start to get back on our feet, something else knocks us down.

Through it all, I’ve been on a personal journey of sobriety—a path that requires strength, vulnerability, and transparency every single day. I’ve worked hard to maintain that commitment and share my truth, even when things have felt impossible. But right now, I can’t do it alone.

This support will help us fix our car, stabilize our housing, and allow me to continue focusing on my recovery and healing. Anything helps, and I am deeply grateful for your kindness, love, and generosity.
