Help Send Me to eSwatini
Tax deductible
Hey family & friends, as I finish my Master's degree in Public Health, I have the privilege to serve with a small team in eSwatini (Swaziland) Africa in May 2019.
I will be dedicating my time and skills to a community of orphaned children struggling with poverty, HIV, and malnutrition. I will have the opportunity to serve in a pediatric HIV clinic, an improvised school, and child-headed households.
* Swaziland, Africa has the highest HIV/AIDS prevalence in the world
* Countless children have been orphaned as a result of this deadly disease, left to fend for themselves
* Orphan headed households are common with kids challenged to provide for their brothers and sisters
* Schools are not free and these orphans, suffering from dire poverty, have little means to secure a viable future
My Present Goal: The total cost of the cost $3850 (includes airfare, ground transportation, food, accommodations). My initial goal is to raise $500 within the next 60 days and the remainder $1425 by December 31, 2018.
Give Hope, Fight, Poverty (GHFP) is s a 501c3 nonprofit organization, that has an awesome vision for the orphans in eSwatini and I am honored to serve with them.
Any donation towards my goal would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Kathy
