Grant is 26 and has been battling bone cancer for the last  2 1/2 years.  After a recent PET scan, it was recommended that Grant should switch to an oral chemotherapy because of the recent progression of the disease. 

Grant's wish is to go to Disney with his family.  Grant has been such an inspiration to anyone who has had the privilege of meeting him. Despite everything he is facing, he lights up the room with his amazing personality and his witty jokes. 

All money collected will be used to send Grant to Disney asap.
