Grandpa Scott here with the story of a brave young man of 6 with HLHS. Sebastian is an energetic boy who loves Thomas the Tank Engine and anything to do with trains. Unfortunately, his journey has led to the need for a heart transplant in Pennsylvania. Mom and Dad are going to need lots of support and assistance with transportation (they live in Maryland) and childcare for Sebastian's twin sister and 2-year-old brother as they travel between home, work and the hospital. Family is spread from Connecticut to Florida and help when they can but are limited due to the distance. How You Can Help: Your contribution, no matter how big or small, will make a difference.
