Help Scout and Gale Stay Together in the USA

Hi there!

My name is Scout, and I'm a 26-year-old starving artist based in LA with my Canadian girlfriend, Gale.

Gale and I have been lucky enough to be able to live together the past year and a half in California thanks to a temporary work visa. Still, that visa is coming to an end, and Gale and I are looking for other opportunities to stay together—namely marriage.

Unfortunately, for immigrants in America, nothing is free, and with Gale's current job paying minimum wage, we are in a difficult place financially to be able to afford the application fees. That's why we've come to GoFundMe looking for some generous souls to help us stay together and add another chapter to our love story.
