Help Save Elliott - he needs both parents

Elliott is a bright and beautiful 2 year old little boy who needs both his parents.  Elliott’s dad and I have been dealing with this mess since July.  

We are in a terrible custody battle! My son’s fathers family has a non-ending supply of cash and I have depleted mine and my families funds.  My attorney took a new job the first of the year and I’ve been handed over to a new attorney. They want me to pay $8,000 before she will even talk to me!  My ex is requesting I pay child support and my next court date is January 29th.  I am hopeless at this point and feel like I will never win! This pain is immeasurable!  

When we split we had agreed on 50/50 split and nochild support. However he has had a little bird in his ear that has caused him not to keep this agreement!  It has turned so ugly and I need all the help I can get!  I am hopeless!  

Please consider donating to this fund raiser so that I can keep my child 50% of the time. I’m not asking for the moon and stars - just my whole life.
