My name is Devan and Sarah was my best friend, I am setting this up for her family and giving it to them to help with any costs related to her services. Sarah Steck was part of the horrific events that took place on Monday 12/28 in the belmar area that has claimed and affected so many lives.. she was loved and touched so many peoples lives.
