Hello friends, family, and other awesome internet people. I am Sarah, a recently unemployed mother of 2 from Omaha, Nebraska. I never thought I would have to ask like this, but I need your help. I am going to begin the process of applying for disability, but that takes time.

This is because, despite our best efforts, the cancer is back. This means they will be operating here in the near future to remove my vocal cords. After that operation, I am told I will be cancer-free. What I don't know is working with limited to no voice. If you could please spare anything to help me navigate this new landscape, that would be so amazing.
