Help Sarah Get Urgent Dental Surgery

Hello, this is Sarah. She’s an 18-year-old lady. She has a big abscess on the side of her mouth that puffs up under her eye. She needs dental surgery to remove the abscess and the teeth causing her pain. She’s been on two rounds of antibiotics and it’s not helping it go down much. I don’t have the means to get her the surgery right now as it’s so expensive. She’s in perfect health for an old lady other than the abscess. I really don’t want this to be the thing that takes her down. Anything would be so greatly appreciated and help her out.
